The programmes that would be held consecutively are:
1. AABF Regional Chairmen and Department Heads Retreat
2. AABF Executive Committee
3. AABF General Council Meeting
4. AABF Leadership Training Programme
1. AABF Regional Chairmen and Department Heads Retreat – Feb 5
The meeting is for the chairmen of AABF Sub-Regions and President of Auxiliary bodies (Men, Women, Youth and Children’s Coordinator). The duration of the meeting is one day.
2. AABF Executive Committee Meeting – Feb 6
This is a statutory meeting of EC members. The duration of the meeting is one day.
3. AABF General Council Meeting – Feb 7 – 9
The General Council consists of all President and General Secretaries of all member Conventions and Unions or their representatives. The meetings hold two full days and a morning session for closing. During the two full days, we will have time for Seminars from International Ministries and also Eye Opening/Interactive Sessions with Selected Conventions on Best Practices for Effective Ministries.
4. AABF Leadership Training Programme – Feb 10
AABF Leadership Training Programme is a capacity building conference. It is specifically designed to equip apex leaders, pastors, deacons, lay leaders and church officers in ministry areas that can help their performances in what God has committed into their hands. The training programme is exclusively for leaders of the host conventions/unions (Malawi). Subjects to be taught are jointly determined by the host conventions/unions and AABF. Interested EC/GC members can also be part of the training.

The venue for the meeting is Blantyre Baptist Church, Malawi.
$150 flat covers conference materials, airport transfer, and feeding (lunch and dinner only).

Accommodation at Anne’s Lodge – $69 (B&B)
